Sultex Holdings (Pty) Ltd intended to establish a new Industrial Business Estate in the Marianhill area, within the eThekwini Municipality. Sultex Holdings appointed Jinyela (Pty) Ltd to undertake a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) for the proposed development. This development would comprise of 21 light industrial sites totaling approximately 18ha of industrial platforms.
