Shanbar Properties (Pty) Ltd intend to construct a new mixed-use development located on Erf 1417 Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. The site is located just off Howick Road, in the immediate vicinity George MacFarlane Street and Henderson Road, on the western side of Pietermaritzburg. Accordingly, Jinyela (Pty) Ltd was appointed to undertake a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) in support of the proposed development.
The proposed land-uses for this development include:
- Offices
- Commercial
- Residential
- Petrol Filling Station
Along with preparing a TIA, Jinyela were also responsible for the preparation of several traffic road layouts for the internal and external network.
