The applicant intends to construct a new mixed-use development in the Greater Kokstad Local Municipality, within KwaZulu-Natal. The site is located adjacent to the N2 just south of Kokstad. The site is located within the Harry Gwala District Municipality, in KwaZulu-Natal. Accordingly, Jinyela (Pty) Ltd were appointed to undertake a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) in support of the proposed development on the site. The proposed development will consist of the following land-uses:
• Commercial Retail Space
• Motor fitment and engineering (vehicle workshop)
• Boutique hotel
• Showrooms and workshops
• Private hospital
• Residential apartments
• Freestanding houses
• A petrol filling station
